Can I return my order?

Yes, of course, we have a 30-day return policy.
You can return your product for any reason as long as it is unused and in new condition.

Can I collect my order from you?

Unfortunately we do not offer collections,

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. If it is not, get in touch at laura.kingan@rocketmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order.

What is the delivery time?

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 days.  You should receive your order within 2 to 4 days from date of order in the UK

7 - 10 days (The rest of the world)

Can I cancel or change my order?
